About Us
Fteri Vinum is a modern and up to date family winery. In the same place where grandad Chronopoulos had planted a vineyard to make his and his family wine, more than one century ago; the “madman” grandson Dionisis with patience and perseverance makes wine for all likes and tastes.
Our Vineyards
Our vineyards are located in the foothills of Mainalo, in the area of Fteri which is located in Mantineia and in the area of Kamari, at an altitude of about 650 meters. The soil is clayey with good drainage. The area is mountainous and due to the climate, the winters are cold, and the summers are mild to warm.
Our Winery
A stone building, symbol of family tradition, a metal building, fully equipped to cover the needs of modern white and red winemaking and an underground cellar, where the wines mature in naturally stable conditions, constitute the Fteri Vinum Winery complex. A winery that welcomes visitors, built with absolute respect for the natural environment of Fteri.
