Throughout the process of making this rosé Moschofilero, we were accompanied by her thought, as her special characteristics are identical to the characteristics of our favourite wine; It stands out for its mild character. It stands out for its somon colour, since Moschofilero makes white wine. It stands out because, despite the few days of extraction, its minimal tannins do not affect its soft character. LA NONNA smells like rose, jasmine and apricot. It accompanies almost all cheeses and pasta, seafood and fish. It loves fragrant sauces, but also white meat. Cool and tasty wine accompanied by an extroverted character and moderate aftertaste, with an aroma of orange peel and lemon.
