With lemon-green shades, almost transparent, AITHONAS fills the mouth, like the first rays that, according to Greek Mythology, the god Sun scatters on Earth, on his chariot with four horses, one of which had the name we chose for this POP, white, dry Wine. Intense, fruity taste, with aromas of fresh flowers and more intensely of citrus and lime. The classic, pleasant acidity of Moschofilero is combined with delicate flavours, but also with white cheese, preferably goat cheese with poultry, fish and pasta. AITHONAS loves white sauces with mint aromas, but also red ones with oregano and thyme. Serve at 7-10 °C. Ideal for hot summers or summer afternoons.
